Our manufacturing entirely takes place 'in-house' in our UK plant based at Ludlow where we are a iso 9000 registered company.

We have been involved in the industry, manufacturing protective equipment since 1982, giving us 28 years of experience on which we can call to offer the best products available in the market today.

We also have an expert 'in-house' design team who have engineered the Scorpion products to be the safest in personal protection.

Limb Protectors

All of the materials that we use in the manufacturing of our limb protectors are sourced from reputable, iso-registered, European firms.

Shields

We tested a wide variety of possible polycarbonates to use as riot shields. The outcome was that Makralon is the optimal solution and this is used across the Scorpion shield range.

Here at DMS, our quality standard has led to a reputation built up over 20 years. This is important to us and as a result, in an effort to maintain it, we make sure to test all manufacturing materials preproduction and have several 'in-house' quality control stages along the production line.
